Early Childhood Education and Care

A qualification in children’s services can be very rewarding and engaging as you become part of a child’s growth and development and help them learn in an environment that is engaging and supporting. Our courses will provide you with the basic skills needed to assist in caring for the social, emotional, physical and educational needs of infants and young children in various care settings – through to the skills and knowledge to manage the operation of a child care centre.

By studying one of our qualifications, you will have many opportunities to develop creative and sustainable educational programs. You will learn how to work effectively in early childhood education and care settings and the administrative and legislative sides of running a centre. Training includes lectures, workshops, online classes, hands-on activities and group work, as well as supervised field placements in different children’s services settings.
